Who we are
Dragonfly Defense is operated by Latnac. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit dragonfly.army or join our roster for Batch 01 updates. Contact: dragonfly@latnac.com.
What we collect
When you join the roster, we collect your email address, site type (audience), country, and locale. We may also receive a coarse country estimate from your IP for form defaults. If you accept analytics, we collect usage data such as pages viewed, sessions, referral/UTM parameters, and device/browser metadata through Amplitude and Meta Pixel. We do not ask for payment card details on this site while deposits are offline.
How we use it
Roster details are used to send project briefings and Batch 01 updates, and to understand demand by region and site type. Analytics data (only if you accept) helps us improve the site and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
We store your consent choice in localStorage (dragonfly_consent). If you accept, Amplitude and Meta Pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers. If you reject, those scripts are not loaded. Essential site functions (language preference, roster enrollment flag) may still use local storage.
Formspree
Roster submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf. Their processing is subject to Formspree’s own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Payments (not live yet)
Deposit checkout via Stripe is not currently enabled on the public site. If we enable paid preorders later, payment data will be processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy, and we will update this page accordingly.
Retention
We keep roster emails for as long as the project communications remain relevant or until you ask to be removed. Analytics retention follows the settings of Amplitude and Meta.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Canada and the EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for analytics. Email dragonfly@latnac.com to make a request. You can also reject analytics via the consent banner (or clear site data to see it again).
